About Me
I’m Bridger, the founder of The Lean and Lethal Project and a coach on a mission to help driven men transform their bodies and lives. Like many of you, I used to feel stuck—wondering why getting in elite shape seemed effortless for some while I felt stuck in “average.”
I spent years working in supplement stores, trying every product under the sun, and watching countless guys chase quick fixes that never delivered lasting results. It wasn’t until I invested in coaching, read over 50 books, and dedicated thousands of hours to studying training, nutrition, and mindset that I uncovered a system that actually works.
This system isn’t built on gimmicks or shortcuts—it’s built on principles that guarantee success if you’re willing to put in the work. My goal is to share this proven process with men like you who are ready to take control of their fitness, build unstoppable confidence, and dominate every area of life.
Let’s raise the standard together. It’s time to become lean, lethal, and unstoppable.
