After our initial assessment we can begin to build out your training and nutrition plan and provide you with the necessary resources and science behind the practical application as it relates to your goals and lifestyle.

How does online personal training work? After going through your initial assessment, we will program specific exercises along with volume, intensity, and frequency that match your specific goals, abilities, schedule, and priorities. By following a structured program custom tailored, you will see accelerated progress and avoid hitting any plateaus. Great programming allows you to take the guess work out of what to do in the gym, how much to do, and how often, so that you can avoid burnout and injuries and be efficient with your valuable time.
You will have access to your custom program through our training app along with videos showing you how to execute each exercise with proper form.
This is the catalyst that pulls all of the strategies together and drives you to reach the next level. You'll recieve weekly updates and feedback with personalized videos from your coach to ensure that you are progressing properly and that your programming is dialed. You'll have 24/7 access to your coach for questions, support, motivation, exercise form feedback, adjustments, and more. Daily and weekly accountability tracking forms support consistent meaningful progress. We also include a support call via zoom as needed, a private online portal with educational courses and community access. Our goal is to help you break through barriers, stay accountable no matter what, establish consistency, and build discipline, all leading to mind blowing results.

After finishing football I set out to learn the ins and outs of what it takes to transform your body. Through working with coaches learning from college professors, getting multiple certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, reading countless books, and trial and error with myself, I finally found what it takes to get real lasting results without having to take extreme approaches you know won't last forever.
Now I have completed physical feats that I would have never thought possible including Ironman 70.3, lifting PRs every month, the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge, running a marathon with zero training and much more.
